When creating felt works I use wool roving, a 1920’s washboard, hot water and soap and good old-fashioned agitation(rubbing) and warm water to create these wool ‘scapes’. It is a lot of labor but I love the soft quality of this ancient fiber art. These works were inspired by a recent trip to Scotland.
